Hundred Pushups! Again!
After feeling completely out of shape from my first surf session in 2 years I decided to put myself back into the hundred pushups program. I love it. In fact I love it so much I even put myself into the two hundred situps program!
I suggest everyone to atleast try it! It really works and it works fast. Each day of each week is a complete challenge and you will definitely see improvement fast! There is also a two hundred squat challenge to try also if you want to work out those glutes.
I am currently at the end of the third week of the pushups program and at the end of the first week of the situps program. I was able to skip the first few weeks of the pushups due to the fact that I was not completely out of shape as I thought I was. I pwned the initial test with 43 pushups. Situps, on the other hand, ugh. 22. LOL.
I also inserted pullups into the routine. Perfect pullups that is. I took their 3 week schedule and compressed it into 2. I’m not sure if its doable. We’ll see next week. Hopefully Steve Speirs of hundredpushups.com can make a similar program for pullups!
